板件中间V形加劲复杂卷边槽钢轴压构件的稳定性能研究

STABILITY BEHAVIOR RESEARCH OF CHANNELS WITH COMPLEX EDGE STIFFENERS AND INTERMEDIATE V TYPE STIFFENERS UNDER AXIAL COMPRESSION

  • 摘要: 分别采用有限条数值解法和手算方法对16根轴压简支试件的弹性局部、畸变屈曲临界应力进行了计算,对比了数值解法与手算方法的计算结果,验证了手算方法求解弹性稳定临界应力的有效性。研究了V形加劲复杂卷边槽钢轴压构件的弹性稳定性能。研究表明:V形加劲肋的存在对轴压试件的弹性局部屈曲临界应力影响显著,但对弹性畸变屈曲临界应力影响较小,减小翼缘板件的宽厚比能明显提高截面的弹性畸变屈曲临界应力。

     

    Abstract: The local buckling and distortional buckling stress of sixteen pin-ended cold-formed steel column specimens were calculated by a finite strip method and a hand method, respectively. The results of the finite strip and hand methods were compared with each other, and the hand method of elastic buckling critical stress was validated. The elastic buckling behavior of channels with complex edge stiffeners and intermediate V type stiffeners under axial load was studied. It is found that the existence of intermediate V type stiffeners has an obvious effect on the elastic local buckling stress of axially loaded members, but has little effect on the elastic distortional buckling stress. The elastic distortional buckling stress could be increased evidently by decreasing the ratio of flange width to thickness.
