基于SAFE的层状结构导波传播特性研究

摘要: 针对传统SAFE算法在计算层状结构导波频散特性的缺点,提出了一种融合了Lamb波和SH波的力学特性的SAFE方法。该方法在SAFE基本原理基础上,结合Lamb波和SH波的力学表达式的特殊性,分别建立了Lamb波和SH波的SAFE模型。和先前的SAFE模型相比,实现了Lamb波和SH波的区分,降低了矩阵的阶次,提高了计算效率。利用建立的SAFE模型,计算了45#钢板各模态Lamb波和SH波的截止频率并和解析方法的结果进行对比,检验了SAFE模型的计算精度。分析了铝钛钢复合板和粘接铝复合板中Lamb波和SH波传播的算例,算例的计算结果对于研究层状结构中Lamb波和SH波的传播有借鉴意义。Abstract: As previous SAFE models for layered structures have a weaknesses in the calculation of guided wave dispersions, an SAFE method combined with mechanical properties of Lamb waves and SH waves is studied. The SAFE model considers the characteristics of Lamb waves and SH waves based on an SAFE principle. Compared with previous SAFE models, the SAFE model can distinguish between Lamb waves and SH waves in layered structures. The SAFE model greatly reduces the matrix orders in calculation, which improves the computational efficiency. The cut-off frequencies of Lamb waves and SH waves in a 45# steel plate are calculated utilizing the SAFE model and compared with the analytic results, which examines the accuracy of an SAFE model. The examples of Lamb waves and SH waves propagating in an Al-Ti-Fe board and an Al-Epoxy-Al board are analyzed. The results can be a reference to research the propagation of Lamb waves and SH waves in layered structures.
