一种新型刚度退化模型及复合材料结构渐进损伤分析的通用方法实现

A STIFFNESS DEGRADATION MODEL AND A GENERAL METHOD FOR PROGRESSIVE FAILURE ANALYSIS OF COMPOSITE STRUCTURES

  • 摘要: 针对复合材料结构的强度设计与分析方法问题,基于Tsai-Wu强度准则,该文提出了一种新型刚度退化模型,建立了一套层合/实体型复合材料结构渐进损伤分析的通用方法,并开发ABAQUS用户材料子程序用于层合型和实体型复合材料典型结构的渐进损伤数值仿真与试验验证,结果表明:该文提出的模型和算法,在保证层合型复合材料结构损伤分析能力和精度不低于已有方法基础上,对C/C实体型复合材料结构极限承载能力的数值模拟相对误差精度也达到20%量值水平。

     

    Abstract: For the strength design and analysis predictions of a composite structure, a continuum stiffness degradation model is proposed based on Tsai-Wu failure criterion, and the general progressive failure analysis methods for both the laminated and bulk composite structures are established. The user material subroutines of ABAQUS are programmed. With the new subroutines, the numerical simulation of typical laminated and bulk composite components, as well as their test verification analyses are carried out. It shows that the new theoretical model with its algorithm can provide higher accuracy and better simulation ability than the method for state-of-art composite laminates. Meanwhile, the relative error of predicted ultimate strength for a typical C/C bulk composite component can meet the level of 20%.
