爆炸作用下预应力RC梁桥的损伤评估

DAMAGE ASSESSMENT OF PRESTRESSED RC GIRDERBRIDGE UNDER EXPLOSION

  • 摘要: 近年来桥上爆炸事故频发,而桥梁抗爆已有研究较多关注钢筋混凝土(RC)墩柱的破坏模式和损伤评估,对于保证桥梁通行能力的桥面板的损伤评估研究较少。该文以桥面板残余承载力为损伤指标,基于数值模拟方法对桥上爆炸作用下的预应力RC T型梁桥的损伤等级进行定量评估。基于预应力RC T型梁桥桥上爆炸试验和足尺T梁静态承载力试验,通过对比试验桥面板反射超压时程、破坏形态、加速度时程以及T梁静态承载力验证了采用的有限元分析方法对于爆炸和静态承载力工况的适用性。通过建立原型T型梁桥精细化有限元模型,采用经验证的有限元分析方法对美国联邦应急管理署(FEMA)规定的七种爆炸威胁桥上爆炸作用下原型梁桥的动力行为进行分析。结果表明:从管状炸弹(2.3 kg TNT)到客车炸弹(1814 kg TNT)的七种爆炸威胁导致的整桥破坏模式依次为:桥面板、T梁和横隔板混凝土进入塑性状态,桥面板开洞,T梁、横隔板、桥面板和下部支撑结构断裂。进一步,定义了基于桥面板残余承载力的损伤因子,定量给出了不同爆炸威胁下桥面板的损伤因子量值,如:管状、腰带和背心炸弹(2.3 kg、4.5 kg和9 kg TNT)爆炸引起的桥面板损伤因子范围为0.01~0.06,整桥保持完好;而小轿车和轿车炸弹(227 kg和454 kg TNT)爆炸作用下,桥面板损伤因子分别为0.84和0.96,整桥完全丧失承载能力。

     

    Abstract: Above-deck explosion accidents occur frequently in recent years, while the existing studies concerning the blast resistance of bridge mostly focus on the failure mode and damage assessment of a single reinforced concrete (RC) bridge pier instead of the damage assessment of the deck which guarantees the bridge transportation capacity. At present, the residual bearing capacity of a bridge deck is adopted as the damage index to numerically and quantitatively assess the damage levels of the prestressed RC T-girder bridge under above-deck explosions. Firstly, based on the above-deck explosion test on the prestressed RC T-girder bridge and static bearing capacity test on the full-scale prestressed RC T girder, the applicability of the adopted finite element (FE) analysis method in explosion and static bearing capacity scenarios was verified by comparing with the experimental reflected overpressure-time histories, failure modes, acceleration-time histories of deck and static bearing capacity of T girder. Next, the refined FE model of a prototype T-girder bridge was established. Then, the dynamic behavior of the prototype bridge under explosion of the seven threats specified by Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) was analyzed by the validated FE analysis approach. The results show that: the damage modes of the entire bridge caused by seven threats from the pipe (2.3 kg TNT) to the passenger van (1814 kg TNT) bombs in order include the plastic state of the concrete of the deck, T girder and diaphragm, opening in the deck, and breaching of the T girder, diaphragm, deck and supporting substructures. Afterwards, the damage index based on the residual capacity of deck was defined, and the corresponding values of the deck under explosion of different threats were given quantitatively, e.g., the damage index value range of deck under explosion of the pipe (2.3 kg TNT), belt (4.5 kg TNT) and vest (9.0 kg TNT) bombs is 0.01-0.06, and the entire bridge remains intact, while that of the compact sedan (227 kg TNT) and sedan (454 kg TNT) bombs are 0.84 and 0.96, and the entire bridge loses bearing capacity totally.
