CFRP布粘贴角度对RC梁抗剪性能及尺寸效应影响分析

ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE OF BONDING ANGLE OF CFRP SHEETS ON SHEAR PERFORMANCE AND SIZE EFFECT OF RC BEAMS

  • 摘要: 该文基于6根粘贴角度为45°和90°的CFRP布加固无腹筋钢筋混凝土(RC)梁的剪切破坏试验结果,采用ABAQUS有限元软件扩展分析了CFRP布粘贴角度分别为0°、30°和60°时(同尺寸的试件仅改变了CFRP布的粘贴角度,其他参数均保持不变,即RC梁的性质相同)不同尺寸RC梁的剪切破坏行为,着重探究了CFRP布粘贴角度对CFRP布加固RC梁抗剪性能及其尺寸效应行为的影响规律。研究结果表明:CFRP布的粘贴角度对RC梁的破坏模式影响极小,且CFRP布上的应变分布能反应裂缝的延伸情况;CFRP布越接近垂直于主斜裂缝时,其应变值越大,即CFRP布加固效果越好,此时,梁抗剪承载力和刚度亦越大,抗剪强度尺寸效应越弱。基于试验和模拟结果,提出了考虑粘贴角度的CFRP布加固无腹筋RC梁抗剪强度尺寸效应律。

     

    Abstract: This study analyzes the shear damage behavior of CFRP-reinforced concrete beams of different sizes without web reinforcement. The analysis is based on shear damage test results of six specimens. The CFRP sheets were applied at the adhesive angles of 45° and 90°. The analysis was conducted using an extension of the ABAQUS finite element software. The shear damage behavior of the RC beams was examined through the adhesive angles of 0°, 30°, 45°, 60°, and 90°. The specimens of identical dimensions alone varied in the angle of adhesion between CFRP sheet, while all other parameters remained constant, meaning that the qualities of the RC beams remained unchanged. The study examined how the adhesion angle of CFRP sheet affects the shear performance and size-effect behavior of RC beams reinforced with CFRP sheets. The findings indicate that the angle at which the CFRP sheet is attached has minimal impact on the damage mode of RC beams. Additionally, the strain distribution on the CFRP sheet is responsive to crack extension. The strain value increases as the CFRP sheet gets closer to being perpendicular to the main diagonal crack, resulting in a stronger reinforcing effect. Consequently, the shear capacity and stiffness of the beams also increase, while the dimension effect on shear strength weakens. Based on the experimental and simulation results, a law is provided for the dimensional effect of shear strength in CFRP-reinforced RC beams without web reinforcement, taking into account the angle of CFRP sheet adhesion.
