墙板安装机门架俯仰机构动力学尺度优化研究

STUDY ON DYNAMIC SCALE OPTIMIZATION OF GANTRY TURNOVER MECHANISM OF WALLBOARD INSTALLATION MACHINE

  • 摘要: 为提高装配式建筑墙板安装效率,降低施工强度,应用可控机构理论设计出一种新型装配式建筑墙板安装机。考虑装配式建筑墙板安装机重载、长时间作业工况,针对其门架俯仰机构进行优化设计。以墙板安装机为研究对象,求解了门架翻转角位移、角速度、角加速度分别与门架油缸工作长度、速度、加速度之间的函数关系,为动力学优化设计提供了前提条件;建立了机构动态静力学模型,求解了门架油缸负载与机构尺度参数之间的函数关系;设定门架俯仰机构的驱动油缸最大负载为最小作为目标函数,通过MATLB软件,基于复合形法优化算法求得门架俯仰机构最优尺度参数,优化后门架油缸最大负载降低了7.1%左右。基于Creo软件进行动力学仿真分析,其结果验证了尺度优化模型的正确性。依据优化结果制造样机,并进行功能测试,其性能表现良好,符合墙板安装要求。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the installation efficiency of prefabricated building wall panels and to reduce construction intensity, a new type of prefabricated building wall panel installation machine is designed by using the theory of controllable mechanisms. Considering the heavy-duty and long-term operating conditions of prefabricated building wall panel installation machines, an optimized design has been carried out for its gantry pitching mechanism. With wallboard installation machine as the research object, solved were the functional relationships between the displacement, angular velocity and, angular acceleration of the gantry flipping angle and the working length, velocity and, acceleration of the gantry oil cylinder. The prerequisite for dynamic optimization design was provided. The dynamic static model of the mechanism was established and the functional relationship between the load of the gantry oil cylinder and the scale parameters of the mechanism was set up. Setting the maximum load of the driving oil cylinder of the gantry overturning mechanism as the minimum as the objective function, and using MATLAB to obtain the optimal scale parameters of the gantry overturning mechanism based on the composite optimization algorithm, the optimization of the maximum load of the rear gantry oil cylinder is reduced by about 7.1%. Based on Creo software for rigid body dynamics simulation analysis, the simulation results verify the correctness of the scale optimization model. Based on the optimization results, a prototype was manufactured and subjected to functional testing, which showed good performances and met the requirements for wall panel installation.
