基于超声波技术的桥梁水下结构内部缺陷检测研究

RESEARCH ON INTERNAL DEFECT DETECTION OF BRIDGE UNDERWATER STRUCTURE BASED ON ULTRASONIC TECHNOLOGY

  • 摘要: 该研究针对利用超声波探测桥梁水下结构内部缺陷难题,提出了超声波检测仪换能器的防水改装方法,以及基于超声波技术的水下结构内部缺陷检测方法。利用概率统计法判断异常点,结合水下混凝土各测点声时差和几何关系对缺陷大小进行定量分析,同时采用缺陷高度颜色映射曲面图展示缺陷位置及尺寸。试验结果表明:该文提出的水下超声波检测方法能够有效地探测水下混凝土内部缺陷,缺陷位置和大小与实际情况基本相符,验证了其在桥梁水下结构内部缺陷检测中的可行性。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem of using ultrasonic to detect the internal defects of underwater bridge structures, the waterproof modification method of ultrasonic detector transducer and the method of detecting internal defects of underwater structures based on ultrasonic technology are proposed in this paper. The statistical method is used to determine the anomalies, and the size of the defects is quantitatively analyzed by combining the acoustic time difference and the geometrical relationship between the measurement points of underwater concrete, while the defect height color mapping surface map is used to show the location and size of the defects. The test results show that the underwater ultrasonic detection method proposed in this paper can effectively detect the internal defects of underwater concrete, and the detected location and size of the defects are basically consistent with the actual situation, which verifies its feasibility for the detection of internal defects of underwater structures of bridges.
