卡固件固定方身圆底类文物的抗震有效性试验及数值研究

EXPERIMENTAL AND NUMERICAL STUDY ON SEISMIC EFFECTIVENESS OF FIXING SQUARE-BODIED AND ROUND- BOTTOMED CULTURAL RELIC WITH FASTENERS

  • 摘要: 为研究博物馆中常用的卡固件传统固定措施对方身圆底类文物的抗震有效性及文物动力响应规律,选取典型的地震易损文物复制品,开展文物复制品-固定措施抗震系统振动台试验研究,获得文物复制品在不同工况下的真实地震响应并检验典型卡固件的抗震有效性。基于试验结果,建立有限元数值分析模型,开展参数分析,探究文物运动规律,提出了固定后较纯浮放状态摇摆响应放大的文物临界体型及固定措施设计建议。结果表明:在卡固件尺寸选择不当的情况下,固定后的部分方身圆底类文物较纯浮放状态摇摆响应明显增大,更易造成文物震损;固定后较纯浮放状态摇摆响应放大的文物临界体型与文物底面直径、高度、文物与展台接触面摩擦系数密切相关,在文物高度确定条件下,当布展文物底面直径真实值大于计算临界值时,卡固件尺寸不当会造成摇摆响应加剧;卡固件固定下,文物地震响应峰值随卡固件高度提高而有效降低,但在卡固件尺寸达到一定程度后,对文物抗震保护效果提高有限;综合考虑文物抗震安全及艺术展示效果,提出了有效固定此类文物的最小卡固件尺寸。

     

    Abstract: The seismic effectiveness and dynamic response laws of traditional fastening measures for square-bodied and round-bottomed cultural relics were investigated. Typical earthquake-prone relic replicas were selected for a shaking table test study. This study aimed to examine the seismic responses of cultural relics under various conditions and to evaluate the effectiveness of typical fasteners. Based on the test results, a finite element numerical analysis model was developed, parameter analysis was carried out, and the movement laws of cultural relics were explored. The critical shape of cultural relics and design suggestions for fixing measures were put forward to amplify the swing response of cultural relics after fixation compared with the pure floating state. The results showed that: when fastener dimensions are not appropriately chosen, the seismic responses of some square-bodied and round-bottomed cultural relics were significantly amplified, compared to their free-floating state. This makes them more susceptible to earthquake damage. The critical dimensions of cultural relics, including the bottom diameter, the height, and the friction coefficient between the cultural relics and the display platform, were found to be closely related to the amplified rocking responses after fastening. When the height of the relic was fixed, if the actual diameter of the relic's bottom exceeded the calculated critical value, improper fastener dimensions would exacerbate the rocking responses. It was also observed that: with the use of fasteners, the peak seismic response of the cultural relics decreased effectively with an increase in the height of the fasteners. However, once the dimensions of the fasteners reach a certain level, further improvements in seismic protection were minimal. To ensure both seismic safety and artistic display effects, recommendations for the minimum dimensions of effective fasteners for such cultural relics were provided.
