柱状填料丝促进液相强制对流传质的Lattice Boltzmann模拟

LATTICE BOLTZMANN SIMULATION OF LIQUID MASS TRANSFER IN FORCED CONVECTION RESULTED FROM COLUMN WIRE PACKING

  • 摘要: 应用多组分格子Boltzmann模型对旋转填充床中的柱状填料丝引起液相组分间强制对流传质进行了数值模拟,并通过引进反映液相宏观混合效率的函数对比分析了不同柱状填料丝形状和尺寸与其强制对流传质作用之间的定量关系。所获得的模拟结果对填充床的填料丝布置和优化设计,以及旋转填充床传质的数值研究工作有重要的参考价值。

     

    Abstract: Using the lattice Boltzmann method of multicomponent flows, this paper simulates the liquid mass transfer in the forced convection and diffusion in the rotating packed-bed, which is resulted from the column wire packing. By introducing a function reflecting the efficiency of the mixing, the relationships between the liquid mass transfer and the role of the convection in the wire packing are analyzed and compared for different sizes and forms. Numerical simulation results are valuable data for improving the packing design and studying the mass transfer in rotating packed-bed.
