钢-混凝土叠合梁横截面日照温度分布研究

SUNSHINE-INDUCED TEMPERATURE DISTRIBUTION ON CROSS SECTION OF STEEL-CONCRETE COMPOSITE BEAMS

  • 摘要: 介绍了桥梁结构横截面上温度分布的若干形式及其对结构受力的影响。基于平面非稳态温度场的基本理论,按求解导热微分方程的第三类边界条件加载,应用ANSYS有限元软件对某实桥的钢-混凝土叠合梁截面在日照作用下的温度分布进行时程仿真计算,进而评价了不同材质在叠合梁截面中的热力学性能。通过对比实测数据和计算结果,验证了计算方法和我国桥梁规范对桥梁横截面温度分布的界定的合理性。

     

    Abstract: Several forms of temperature distribution on cross section of bridge structures and their mechanical influence on structures are introduced.According to the basic theory of two-dimensional unstable temperature field,considerig the third condition to solve the differential equation of heat conduction as temperature load,the sunshine-induced time-varying temperature distribution on the cross section of a real bridge's steel-concrete composite beam was simulated using ANSYS.The thermodynamic properties of different materials in composite beams were evaluated.Comparing the in-situ measured temperature values with those from calculation,the proposed method is verified,and the reliability of the definition about the temperature distribution on cross section in Chinese code for bridge design is also proved.
