低碳钢在拉扭复合动应力作用下的实验研究

THE EXPERIMENTAL STUDYING OF THE MILD STEEL UNDER DYNAMIC COMBINED STRESSES OF THE TORSION AND TENSION

  • 摘要: 本文介绍了我们研制的拉-扭复合动应力材料试验机以及实验方法。在该机上对低碳钢的实验结果表明:在拉-扭复合动应力状态下,等效应变率ε在35/s~65/s范围内,等效应力σ和等效应变ε曲线在塑性变形阶段几乎是平行的,符合Mises屈服条件,动态初始屈服面几乎是相似的椭圆。验证了过应力模型的正确性,发现在给定等效应变率下,σ~ε间的曲线具有单一性的特征。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, we first have developed a testing machine which can apply the dynamic combined stresses of torsion and tension to specimens, and briefed the experimental method using the equipment. Second, we carried out the dynamic experiments on the mild steel specimens. The experimental results showed that the curves between the equivalent stresses and the equivalent strains were almost paralled when the equiyalent strain rates ranged from 35/s to 56/s under the dynamic combined stress states. The dynamic yield surfaces of the mild steel are coincided with the Von Mises' yield condition very well. The results also showed that the overstress model is true. Finally, we found that the equivalent stress-strain relation is in a single character under the constant equivalent strain rates.
