Abstract: A exact solution of nonaxisymmetric bending for the Circular plates on twoParameters foundation (Pasternak) is obtained in this paper. As a example, the Circular plates under a eccentric concentrated load is studied in detail. Specialization of the solution obtained in this paper gives vlazov's solution in the cases of axisymmetry in Ref5.
