桥梁顶推施工导梁的优化分析

OPTIMUM ANALYSIS OF LAUNCHING NOSE DURING INCREMENTAL LAUNCHING CONSTRUCTION OF BRIDGE

  • 摘要: 在桥梁的顶推施工中,导梁对增大顶推的跨度起到了重要的作用。导梁的各个参数对于主梁在顶推施工过程中的受力都有很大的影响。适当地选择导梁的各个参数值能够减少主梁在施工过程中的内力,从而节约材料和降低施工成本。根据顶推施工的特点和顶推过程内力变化规律,利用结构力学位移法建立简化的结构计算模型,计算和分析了连续梁桥顶推施工中主梁前端所安装的导梁长度、刚度和单位长度的重量这三个参数对顶推施工过程中主梁内力的不同影响,得出了计算顶推施工最优的导梁参数值的方法。该方法简单可靠,便于实际工程应用。

     

    Abstract: The launching nose plays an important role in the incremental launching construction. The parameters of the launching nose essentially affect the internal forces of the girder during the construction. The appropriate parameters can decrease the internal forces in the girder and save the material and reduce the cost. Based on the simplified structural model, which is built with displacement method according to the characteristic of incremental launching construction and the variation rule of the internal forces, the effect of the length, the stiffness and weight of launch nose on the internal forces of girder during the incremental launching construction are calculated and analyzed. The method, which can calculate the launching nose parameters for the optimum incremental launching construction, is developed. This method is simply and reliable and easy for practical use.
