深水钢悬链线立管的大挠度柔性索模拟方法

THE SIMULATION OF STEEL CATENARY RISERS IN DEEPWATER WITH FLEXIBLE CABLE MODEL

  • 摘要: 基于大挠度柔性索理论,采用可伸长缆模型模拟钢悬链线立管(SCR)和系泊缆,同时考虑浮式结构运动的影响和钢悬链线立管与海底相互作用问题,基于Cable3D开发出浮式结构和钢悬链线立管的整体分析程序V-Cable3D。分析了Spar出平面准静态漂移引起的SCR动力效应和SCR与海底相互作用引起的疲劳应力循环。

     

    Abstract: The steel catenary riser (SCR) and mooring line have been simulated with an extensible flexibility cable model based on the assumption of a large deformation in bending and small extension. The interactions between SCR and seabed as well as the motion of vessel have been taken into account also in the simulation at same time. A code, called V-Cable3D, which calculates the response of SCR with vessel/moorings as an integral structure has been developed based on the code Cable3D. The response of SCR induced by the out-plane offset of vessel has been calculated. It is shown that the stress cycle could be produced by the out-plane offset of vessel in the case of the interaction of SCR with seabed.
