EFFECT OF FORTIFICATION LEVEL ON CIVIL ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION COST OF TYPICAL FRAME BUILDINGS

Civil engineering construction cost depends on fortification levels. The construction costs of 6 typical frame buildings in Beijing were estimated and compared with the selling incomes. The cost increases slightly with the fortification level, therefore, the fortification level can be improved significantly at a low price.
