RESEARCH FOR APPLICATION OF GLAZED HOLLOW BEADS IN SELF-INSULATION WALL

  • Based on project results and theoretical calculation, this paper discusses the application of glazed hollow beads in some types of self-insulation walls. As a new type of thermal insulation material, the glazed hollow beads are energy efficient, inorganic and high temperature-proof. The self-insulation walls considered include daubing type, bricklaying type, panel type, mould type and cast-in-place integral type. Structural performance and thermal insulation performance were integrated in this self-insulation system, and energy efficiency criterion demands were also met in this system. This paper laid theoretical and practical foundation for applications of glazed hollow beads in energy-saving buildings.
