ULTIMATE LOAD ANALYSIS OF STRENGTH AND STABILITY FAILURE FOR SLENDER ECCENTRICALLY COMPRESSED RC MEMBER

On the basis of analysis of strength and stability failure rules of slender eccentrically compressed reinforced concrete member,the non-elastic strength failure character and the design criterion of slender eccentrically compressed reinforced concrete member with or without considering the second-order effect were clarified. The simulated ultimate load formula and double-control design method of slender eccentrically compressed reinforced concrete member were proposed by nonlinear finite element simulation analysis.
