THE CONCEPTION AND PRINCIPLE OF SECOND SHAPE FINDING IN MEMBRANE STRUCTURE SHAPE FINDING DESIGN

In this paper, the relative theory and its corresponding finite element calculation formula about the shape finding of membrane structure is introduced. The conception of second shape finding is presented. It is pointed out that only the curved surface obtained after the second shape finding process is realizable in pactice. The validity and practicality of this second shape finding method is demonstrated.
