THE INVERSE PROBLEM OF ONE DIMENSIONAL TRANSIENT HEAT CONDUCTION BASED ON GENETIC ALGORITHMS

  • Based on Laplace transform method and genetic algorithms, a new method for the solution of inverse problem of one dimensional transient heat conduction is proposed. By using Laplace transform method, temperature is expressed as the function of space coordinate and placing time only, which means that the measuring values needed for the solution of inverse problem can be chosen more freely. By using genetic algorithms to get the optimum solution of nonlinear inverse problem, multiple thermal parameters are obtained simultaneously with only a few test points. Numerical examples are provided to verify the present method.
