Abstract
On the basis of a reference 1, virtual work and complementary virtual work principles of non-coupled systems and similarly non-coupled systems for physical simulations in metal forming technology are established in this paper, and the variational principles for physical simulations given in the reference 1 are derived from the two principles. Energy principles for physical simulations consist of all aforementioned principles. And the virtual work and complementary virtual work principles for physical simulations are united theories of the energy principles for physical simulations. Meanwhile, applications of the virtual work and complementary virtual work principles for physical simulations are given.
