  • This paper deals with the weight function of Element-Free Galerkin Method. A way to incorporate the adaptive influential radius in weight function for adapting the randomness to distributed nodes is proposed. Numerical examples show that a weight function of using adaptive influential radius has advantages to solve the fracture problems or stress concentration problems.
