ANALYSIS OF THE ELASTIC JUMP OF THE STRUCTURE COMPOSED OF CIRCULAR PLATE, CONICAL SHALLOW SHELL AND ANNULAR PLATE

  • The structure composed of circular plate,conical shallow shell and annular plate is used widely in the engineering. And one of its important characteristics is elastic jump. This article analyzed this structure by the nonlinear theory of elastic buckling. Besides, it used integral method and Galerkin method to calculate some typical examples. The results highlight the effects of geometric parameter on the elastic jump characteristic of this structure. The article can provide a basis for the engineering design.
