A QUADRILATERAL ELEMENT AND TWO HEXAHEDRONELEMENTS WITH ROTATIONAL DOF

Three elements with rotational DOFs are presented, a 4-node quadrilateral element with two translational and a rotational DOFs per node,two 8-node hexahedron elements with three translational and three rotational DOFs per node.these elements have simple formulation and some of them do not contain any spurious zero energy mode,Numerical results demonstrate that the elements have very good accuracy.
