CALCULATION OF COLLAPSE AND SHAKEDOWN LOADS OF STRUCTURAL FRAMES

The principle of collapse and shakedown loads of structural frames is discussed. A computer program PCSLF (Program of Collapse and Shakedown Loads of Frames) suggested in the paper giving a method which is able from a lot of possiblre combined mechanisms to get the real collapse mechanism of a frame, and the value of the shakedown load also can be found.
